Job summary

As a Telesales Manager, you will lead and drive a Telesales team efforts through inbound and outbound telephone calls, ensuring the team exceeds sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing inside-sales team to achieve exceptional conversion rates and surpass sales targets
  • Instil a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on refining sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies
  • Analyse the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for conversion rate improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for increasing conversion rates across different stages of the sales funnel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team and achieving outstanding results
  • Proven experience in telesales or sales management role

Skills

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Understanding of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in a telesales environment
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills
