What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally, turning them into sales opportunitieswhile ensuring a positive experience.
• Follow up on marketing leads, build relationships with potential customers, and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle objections confidently, provide clear product information, and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably from telesales, call centre or education industry.
• Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet sales goals.

Preferred: candidates have experience with clients from Saudi/GCC markets or lived in Middle East.
