Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Business Development Specialist located in Heliopolis with some work from home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal departments, and presenting solutions to potential clients.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist (B2B) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

-Identify, research, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in target markets.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

-Develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

-Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with market needs.

-Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

-2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

-Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

-Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


-Preferable experience in BPO services or outsourcing.
