Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales / Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, engaging with prospects over calls or online platforms, pitching services, and converting them into successful business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client needs and present company services/products effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline in CRM.
Skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Strong customer focus with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
