Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Support performance management processes and probation reviews.
- Coordinate end-to-end visa processing for new hires, renewals, and cancellations.
- Address basic employee queries and guide them on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in arranging training sessions and employee engagement activities.
