instiX Global is a European regulated institutional OTC crypto exchange and liquidity provider, operating at the forefront of the digital asset ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced and independent Compliance Manager to lead and manage our core compliance operations from our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance & Governance
• AML / KYC / KYB Program Oversight
• Fraud, Risk & Claims Management
• Compliance Execution & Team Collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of total experience in compliance roles within fintech, crypto, banking, forex, brokerage, hedge funds, or other regulated institutions.
• Minimum 2+ years of crypto/forex/fintech compliance experience is mandatory.
• Background in Law, Finance, Business, or Risk Management preferred.
