𝗛𝗩𝗗 𝗘𝗴𝘆𝗽𝘁, a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for the diagnostics, life sciences, and industrial sectors, is seeking 𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 to lead and manage a team of Account Managers. The role involves driving the achievement of sales targets and effectively promoting our products and services in the biomedical and life sciences industries.
𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and promote company products within the assigned area or territory.
• Monitor the performance of sales representatives, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Plan and coordinate the sales activities of the team, including scheduling appointments, territory planning, and setting weekly/monthly goals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to existing and prospective customers in coordination with the sales team.
• Negotiate contracts, quotations, prices, and specifications with customers, ensuring that deals meet profitability and customer satisfaction standards.
• Assist in managing key client relationships and provide support to resolve issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Review and approve sales-related documentation, including quotations, invoices, contracts, and other necessary reports for the team.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, and technical support) to fulfil customer requirements and maintain smooth execution of sales processes.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree (Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or related field)
• 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales quotas and goals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
• Demonstrating client focus and ability to work productively within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on accountability and decision-making to drive team success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Solid understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Continuously strive to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality results.
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, biomedical products, and chemicals used in life sciences applications.
• Familiarity with sales software (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage
