Role Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create functional, stylish, and customized kitchen layouts that reflect both client preferences and technical precision. From conceptualization to execution, you'll play a vital role in transforming ideas into beautifully designed spaces while also supporting our sales and business development goals.

Key Accountabilities

• Design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts using AutoCAD
• Prepare accurate shop drawings for production and installation
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions
• Conduct site visits for measurements, coordination, and quality control
• Handle showroom shifts and assist walk-in customers with professional design consultation
• Support the sales team with tenders, presentations, and design packages
• Participate in business development to generate new leads and expand the client base
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to identify market opportunities
• Ensure all designs meet company standards, client expectations, and project timelines
  
  

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen design or interior joinery
• Must have Strong skills in AutoCAD and shop drawing preparation
• Experience in both Joinery retail and project
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of materials, layout planning, and kitchen ergonomics
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Proactive and motivated in business development
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
• Fluent in English
• A valid driving license is an advantage for site visits
