  • Sales & Revenue Management: Drive store sales by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Implement strategies to

increase sales and ensure the store consistently achieves revenue goals.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and

excellent customer service. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by providing product information,

handling inquiries, and resolving complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order products, manage stock, and ensure that shelves are

stocked, and displays are organized. Ensure effective stock rotation and loss prevention.

  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive store displays and visual merchandising in line with company standards

to drive customer interest and sales.

  • Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and

adherence to store policies and procedures.

  • Financial Management: Monitor store expenses and work within the allocated budget. Ensure accurate financial

reporting and oversee cash register operations.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and other legal

requirements.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory status, and

customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure a high level

of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
