We're Hiring: Fleet Supervisor

Location: 10th of Ramadan City

Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with a passion for fleet management?

Join our team and take the lead in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and performance of our fleet operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee regular and emergency vehicle maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Schedule periodic technical inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety and operating procedures.
• Track and analyze fuel consumption and maintenance costs to optimize efficiency.
• Review breakdown and accident reports and implement corrective actions.
• Manage vehicle documents (licensing – insurance – inspection).
• Coordinate with external workshops and suppliers when needed.
• Submit regular reports on fleet status and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet supervision or maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of preventive and emergency maintenance systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
