Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to create accurate technical drawings and plans that support our engineering and architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD skills, a good understanding of engineering/architectural principles, and the ability to work closely with project teams to convert designs into actionable drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings and plans for architectural projects using specialized software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Must be highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with expertise in developing models to a Level of Development (LOD) 300 standard.
• Convert conceptual sketches, blueprints, or design ideas into precise technical plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Update and revise drawings based on project changes or feedback.
• Maintain organized documentation and adhere to industry drawing standards and conventions.
• Support construction, manufacturing, or site teams by providing accurate plans for implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman in architectural, civil, mechanical, or electrical projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of other CAD software is a plus.
• Understanding of building codes, design standards, and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or civil design principles relevant to the role.
