Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Registration & Scheduling.
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and developing the patient access staff, including registrars.
• Focuses on providing a positive and efficient first impression for patients by managing the initial contact and registration phases.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy is a must.
• With a minimum 6 years of experience.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Effective Communication Skills are essential for interacting effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
