Responsibilities
- store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- sales goals by motivating, mentoring, training, and providing feedback to store staff.
- and oversee shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability.
- exceptional customer service, setting criteria for the staff, establishing security and safety measures, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- the employees' important documents such as, contracts, COC and store licenses and kept on safe place.
- that all the employees are getting all the required messages from the governmental authorizations and being inboarded by the person in charge.
- loss prevention through security requirements and monitoring strategies and checking paperwork and inventory levels.
- store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of related working experience in retail shop management.
- oral, written, and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
