🚀 We’re Hiring – IT Helpdesk.
ARMAM is looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk with 1–3 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email systems, and network connectivity.
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure including printers, servers, and networking devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing/helpdesk system.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and security implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and troubleshooting common security issues.
- Experience with Active Directory, user management, and ticketing systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL Foundation, etc.) are a plus.
