Job summary

As a Long-Term Programs Project Manager, you will target experienced professionals with a strong background in project management and field service within the Power Generation sector.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for managing Service Program Contracts and advising customers on technical solutions.
• Monitor and drive improvements in Key Performance Indicators, including unit availability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement outages effectively.
• Lead contract financials and present financial status to management quarterly.
• Ensure quality incidents are documented and corrective actions communicated to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 5-8+ years of project management and field service experience in Power Generation.
• Proven ability to deliver high-value projects and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Familiarity with rotating power generation equipment and a preference for PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to acquiring PM @ Siemens Energy certification within 18 months.
