Job Description

• Preparing and implementing project plans with an estimated cost for each project.
• Conducting research regarding materials and techniques used in construction of buildings or other structures
• Monitoring construction processes and providing training and team building sessions are required.
• Conducting inspections during the construction process to ensure that construction meets building codes and standards.
• Conducting feasibility assessments and site inspections.
• Manage the project budgets, resources, deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.
• Preform the site duties well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
• Maintaining and repairing existing structures such as water towers, roads, and sewer line, MEP, etc
• Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
• To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 3+ years of experience. 
• Experience in plant maintenance
• AutoCAD is Must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing.
• Good knowledge in using the Technical office programs.
• Very Good English
