Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and mentor a telesales and marketing team.
- Lead B2B customer acquisition and lead generation efforts.
- Plan, execute, and optimize telesales, digital, and email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee CRM and sales tracking via Odoo ERP.
- Align local marketing with eCommerce and international sales strategies.
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and conduct regular team training.
- Coordinate with HQ and export teams to ensure operational alignment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in management roles across export operations, telesales, or B2B marketing.
- Proven marketing management experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (CRM/Sales modules).
- Background in eCommerce marketing and optimizing customer journeys.
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and supervising teams.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
