The Junior Logistics Specialist supports logistics operations by assisting in shipment coordination, document handling, and communication with logistics partners. This role ensures timely follow-up on shipping activities and helps maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments. The position is entry-level and designed for individuals looking to grow their logistics and supply chain experience, especially in international trade, customs processes, and vendor coordination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain support role (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
• Familiarity with shipping or customs documentation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior team members.
• Good written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
