Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Call Center position at Aura Communication. The role involves providing customer support, handling communication with clients, managing customer service inquiries, operating contact centers, and utilizing computer literacy skills. While the role is located in Cairo, Egypt, some work from home is acceptable.
