Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Job Description
At our esteemed establishment, we seek a skilled Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our discerning guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable service while ensuring seamless operations within the Food and Beverage Division.
Responsibilities
- Be adaptable and willing to rotate within various departments of the Food and Beverage Division or any other hotel department as assigned.
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as required by supervisors and managers.
- Perform opening and closing procedures according to established protocols.
- Have thorough knowledge of all menu items and offer recommendations and up-selling alternatives.
- Provide top-notch service according to Standard Operational Procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Establish strong rapport with guests and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce waste and spoilage.
- Report guest complaints or issues to supervisors and follow up with guests.
- Assist in inventory counts of operating equipment periodically.
- Adhere to policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
- Respond promptly to changes within the department as needed.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Requirements
Qualifications: A diploma or degree in vocational hospitality; candidates can be freshers or have up to 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
