Description

As a Food and Drinks Manager at Hilton, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Guest and Member experience across all Food and Drinks outlets. This involves managing operations to ensure excellent customer service, maintaining brand standards, and developing team members within budgeted guidelines.

• Manage Food and Drinks Outlet operations
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Drinks team
• Address guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work within budgeted guidelines for Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
• Set departmental targets, work schedules, budgets and policies
• Collaborate on menu development with the Food and Beverage team
• Accountable for monthly stock takes
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement
• Facilitate communication meetings and generate post-meeting minutes
• Promote environmental awareness
• Support other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation
