Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Expert-level management of CEO's calendar, including prioritization of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings and optimize daily workflow for productivity.

Daily Office Operations

  • Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, expense reporting, and office supply management.
  • Screen and prioritize emails/communications on behalf of the CEO.

Executive Support

  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Job Requirements
