Job Description

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and address any issues, if needed.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Saudi codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of planning applications and construction documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Mentor intern architects and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture to enhance project quality and innovation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful architectural projects in a consultancy or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
