Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and/or update business processes' guidelines and templates based on requirements and leading practices
- Review and update BPA in coordination with IT & Digitization function to ensure automation of business processes and achieve efficiency and effectiveness
- Gather ZATCA's undocumented processes from internal functions and perform internal assessment
- Prioritize processes that need to be developed based on certain criteria
- Develop prioritized processes' documentation plan to create critical and important processes first
- Review references such as policies and regulations that affect the documentation of processes to ensure alignment
- Coordinate with internal functions i.e. Legal and Enforcement IT and Digitization Operations etc. to ensure alignment on process activities
- Conduct process documentation workshops and accordingly develop drafts of process manuals
- Conduct process analysis BRD/CR and ensure alignment with set policies regulations other functions' input
- Collect and review internal change requests to processes and provide recommendations
- Perform internal and external assessments on processes to identify gaps and needed controls
- Develop process improvement plan to enhance existing processes
- Implement the process improvement plan to enhance existing processes based on gap assessment results and leading practices
- Develop reports highlighting BPM maturity level and provide recommendations
- Formulate SLAs and KPIs for all processes with internal and external parties
- Track adherence of processes with set SLAs and KPIs and collect input related to areas of improvement from internal stakeholders
- Develop prioritized process documentation plan stating recommendations on corrective actions for processes SLAs and KPIs to achieve required results
- Develop and/or update processes' master list report and communicate technical findings to BIC vendor
- Follow-up on the implementation of technical updates
- Develop awareness material standards and guidelines to build internal capabilities in business processes
- Provide training on business processes i.e. systematic problem-solving techniques SOP BPM process improvement in coordination with Human Capital function to ensure proper understanding and to strengthen the capabilities of employees teams and functions
- Build relationships with national and international BPM firms i.e. through forums to strengthen capabilities
- Follow all relevant policies processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
