Job Summary

We seek a fluent Malayalam-speaking Immigration Sales Consultant to drive client acquisitions for our immigration services (work visas, PR, student visas, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a target-driven sales professional with expertise in consultative selling, lead conversion, and building long-term client relationships in the Malayalam-speaking diaspora.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Actively prospect and convert leads (via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins).
  • Conduct consultations in Malayalam/English to understand client needs (e.g., Canada/Australia/Germany immigration).
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (KPIs: calls, conversions, revenue).

2. Relationship Management

  • Build trust with Malayalam-speaking clients through personalized service.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong referral pipeline.

3. Product Expertise

  • Master immigration programs (work permits, PR pathways, student visas).
  • Stay updated on visa policy changes for key countries (Canada, UK, EU, etc.).

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Adhere to ethical sales practices (no false promises).
