Job summary

Senior project manager is responsible for leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements. Guides and coordinates with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Proven track record in managing medium to complex projects or leading smaller ones, especially during the construction delivery phase.
• Professional MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE, or a recognized local equivalent.
• Qualifications in project management or construction, or equivalent experience/apprenticeship with intermediate role knowledge.
• A valid CSCS card or local equivalent for construction site access.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates project management, technical services, and external resources for client projects.
• Collaborates with all stakeholders (client, design team, consultants, contractors) to ensure successful project delivery.
