We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong architectural background and proven experience managing both building structures and supporting infrastructure for large-scale mixed-use developments.

The role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phased projects from concept design through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Under limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

• Oversees all project phases, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.

• Manages projects of substantial complexity, ensuring design excellence, cost control, and timely delivery.

• Coordinates with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Provides technical leadership and assumes lead responsibilities for a team of architects, engineers, and professional support personnel.

• Ensures compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and project specifications.

• Develops project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, and monitors progress against KPIs.

• Maintains strong client relationships and provides regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).

• 20+ years of professional experience with a strong background in architecture and project management.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments or similar complex projects.

• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and international best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP, RIBA, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
