Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Software Solutions Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts across the UAE government sector. The ideal candidate is an Arabic speaker with a strong background in selling enterprise software solutions to government entities, preferably within Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of at least 5+ years of software solutions selling in the UAE, specifically to government clients.
• Arabic native speaker with excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes and decision-making cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
