Job Description

  •  Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, leave requests, and related documentation.
  •  Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  •  Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  •  Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace arrangements.
  •  Organize and maintain HR files, databases, and personnel systems in compliance with legal requirements.
  •  Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, highlighting key trends and metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources administration or a related HR role.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective employee interaction.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
