Job Description

• Reviewing and designing if required architectural and engineering plans.
• Developing Conceptual Design into Consistent and coordinated Design Package.
• Developing Project Design Packages, reports and Presentations. 
• Developing schedules, BOQ and Specifications through Extracting data from Revit model. Adhere to building codes / Fire and life safety Code requirements
• Coordinate, collaborate, with design team on relevant design aspects.
• Define, Identify and Specify Building material and façade systems. 
• Managing Coordination Process with design engineers of other departments (Structure, electrical, mechanical, ….)  from Networking and consulting with various industry 

Job Requirements

• BA. /BSC. degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Required experience 6-10 years of working experience in design development of Architectural projects and production of shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with building codes, design standards and fire and life safety codes.
• Strong Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD,
• Knowledge of BIM (building information modelling) processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Sound Knowledge Building materials, building systems, building envelope Construction Details, Miscellaneous details.
• Proven track of English language.
