Are you a detail-driven Planning Engineer with proven experience in hotel fit-out projects and project scheduling? Build Mode Industries FZ LLC, a leading company in interior fit-out, joinery, and construction, is seeking a proactive and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Plan and track high-end hospitality fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to align schedules with material and manpower availability.
• Generate progress reports, analyze deviations, and propose corrective measures.
• Track project milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations.
• Support management with forecasts, look-ahead plans, and cash flow tracking.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in interior fit-out and joinery sectors, with proven work on 5-star hotel projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of planning techniques, delay analysis, and progress reporting.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
