Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic HORECA Sales Manager for our client in the food and beverage distribution sector. This is an on-field sales role, perfect for a driven individual with strong connections in the hotel and restaurant industry who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment.
  • Leverage existing connections with chefs, purchasing managers, and F&B directors to generate leads.
  • Actively engage in field sales — visiting clients, knocking on doors, and creating opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HORECA sales within the UAE market.
  • Strong network and established relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
  • A true "hunter" mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with an on-field sales approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
