The Marketing Director at Devmark will follow and champion brand guidelines, while being responsible for developing and managing the execution of all team marketing and overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a real-estate industry
• Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Support the CCO in leading the marketing department and ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to annual and seasonal marketing plans within budget.
• Act as a brand ambassador and oversee promotional events, PR, social media, and corporate communications.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and adopts diligence across all activities
• Highly organized and good project management skills especially when meeting deadlines
