Responsibilities
- Lead the sales of a full range of our services and solutions into targeted markets and accounts.
- Actively market Blue Altair's capabilities and services and identify leads that can leverage us.
- Lead the development of winning sales strategies on complex engagements including, but not limited to, competitive strategy, pricing, negotiations, and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the client account.
- Hunt for new opportunities to leverage and cross-sell Blue Altair's full portfolio of services.
- Lead the development of winning sales strategies on complex engagements including, but not limited to, competitive strategy, pricing, negotiations, and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the client account.
- Leverage your business knowledge and identify appropriate solutions and services that benefit the client.
- Utilize consultative selling methodologies to shape and influence the clients' strategic direction.
- Effectively identify and qualify prospect pain points and align with Blue Altair solutions.
- Lead the pursuit team and manage the resources needed to liaise between the client and Blue Altair internal resources to overcome hurdles and win new business.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
- Develop personal knowledge of industry/market sector, clients' business challenges and the impact of potential future changes.
- Work with our channel partner community to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Be the trusted advisor to the executive level community in targeted opportunities and gain an understanding of the client's strategic goals & objectives.
