Job summary

The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist plays a key role in enhancing organizational performance and culture. This position works collaboratively with leadership to design and implement strategies, initiatives, and programs that drive organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and support the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments using surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement programs for leadership development, employee engagement, team building, and performance management.

Skills
