• Coordinate end-to-end fine art shipments, including packing, customs, air/sea freight, and final delivery.
• Liaise with clients, galleries, museums, and shipping partners to ensure smooth, timely execution.
• Manage documentation (invoices, permits, insurance) and monitor shipments for on-time, secure delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality, inventory records, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Open to CIS and Asian nationals, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 2 years relevant experience in fine art logistics, museum operations, or related fields with strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and documentation
• Proficient in logistics or art handling software is an added advantage
