Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.

Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries

Reconcile bank statements

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers

Respond to financial inquiries from internal departments

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations

Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation as required

Perform general administrative duties as needed in the finance department
