Overview of the Role
Are you passionate about the automotive industry and ready to drive impactful campaign strategies? Al-Futtaim Motors is looking for a dynamic Campaign Planning Manager to lead tactical campaign initiatives for the Toyota brand in the UAE. This is your opportunity to shape customer engagement across both offline and online channels, while maximizing revenue and market share.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement tactical campaign strategies based on market and competitor analysis.
- Define and manage campaign schedules, KPIs, and interim reviews to ensure timely execution and effectiveness.
- Create and present campaign performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with retail networks, providing training and ensuring compliance with campaign terms.
- Enhance the customer journey by recommending and implementing system improvements.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and third-party agencies to ensure campaign success.

Required Skills to Be Successful
- Strong background in tactical campaign planning, especially in the automotive sector.
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen to build data-driven business cases.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of offline and online campaign mechanics.
- Knowledge of finance programs (HP, PCP, Leasing, Interest Subsidies) is a plus.
- Marketing communications experience is an advantage.

What Equips You for the Role
- A university degree in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing (Master’s preferred).
- At least 6 years of experience in a multinational Sales & Marketing environment, ideally with a leading automotive brand or agency.
- Familiarity with Al-Futtaim systems and processes is an advantage.
- A passion for the Toyota brand and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
