Job Description
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for elevator and escalator systems based on project specifications and architectural plans.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to extract relevant information for shop drawing preparation.
- Ensure all shop drawings comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Revise and update shop drawings as needed in response to design changes or site conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.
- Submit shop drawings for client and consultant approval, incorporating feedback as necessary.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Support the procurement team by providing accurate material take-offs and technical details.
