Job Description

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment within the company premises.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control access points to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel,

visitors, and vehicles enter.

- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including outdoor areas, to deter and detect any

suspicious activities or security breaches.

- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to promptly respond to any signs of

intrusion, unauthorized access, or unusual activities.

- Respond quickly to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches,

by following established protocols.

- Coordinate with emergency services, such as police, and medical personnel, as

necessary.

- Document and report all incidents, accidents, and security breaches in a timely and

accurate manner.

- Complying with Kuwait Steel policies, HSE Management System and Integrated

Management System (ISO9001/14001/45001).

- Executing Health, Safety and Environment plans in the workplace according to HSE

standard, company and country rules and legal regulations.

- Achieving and maintaining company HS&E targets, objectives and preserving and

protecting Kuwait Steel lives.

- Responsible for safeguarding company assets, employees, visitors, and maintaining

compliance with security procedures.

Required Qualification:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Preferred Experience:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.

Job-Specific Skills:

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods.

- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid is a plus.
