Job Description

Job Purpose:

Managing & Supervision Cluster team & responsible of software and hardware of all telecom equipment & Network .

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

-Control & Manage outage for Karbala Cluster.

2- Supervision Corrective & preventive maintenance.

3- Supervision & control spare part, tools, safety, test instrument for operation activities.

4- Supervision & control sites acceptance & handover process (Coordinating with related dept. for new sites installation, applying Asiacell standards to new sites before putting on-air, handover new on-air sites to maintenance subcontractors.

5- Supervision & control availability, instability, NUR, NW KPI within target.

6- Implement in house projects.

7- Supervise & Manage cluster team.

8- Development cluster team.

9- Providing support to teams remotely and on site to troubleshooting the fault, And Tracking network troubleshooting of faults from the time of their occurrence till the time of their resolution.

10 - Support the network data analyzation of the network especially for those related to the network availability and traffic utilization

11- Share reports with Operation Manager.

12- any other task needed . 

Skills

Qualifications:

• B.sC degree (Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Engineering) 
• 3-5 years experience
