Document Controller & Admin


Location: Kuwait City – Ahmed Al-Jaber Street


The Legal Center Law Firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller & Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing all legal and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with our firm’s standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for legal and administrative documents.
  • Ensure proper version control and tracking of all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Handle document retrieval requests and ensure timely delivery to relevant departments.
  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Monitor deadlines, appointments, and schedules for ongoing cases and projects.



Skills


  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
