About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our outdoor sales team in promoting and selling small home appliances. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, this is your chance to grow with us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the outdoor sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Develop and implement strategies to boost outdoor sales and expand customer base
• Train, coach, and motivate team members in the field
• Plan and execute field sales strategies to increase market reach
• Monitor daily performance and ensure proper market coverage
• Handle key customer relationships and resolve client issues
• Report sales performance and team KPIs to managementPrevious experience in sales supervision (preferably in home appliances or electronics)
