Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of new fire stations and the renovation of existing ones. Develop comprehensive projects plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of new fire stations and the renovation of existing ones.
• Develop comprehensive projects plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to mitigate risks and delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, Firefighting regulations, and fire station operational standards.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is Preferred.
• NFPA and OSHA Fire Safety Certification is must.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEBOSH, OSHA, and local fire safety codes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
