Job Summary

We are urgently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to work as mystery shoppers for our new projects in the South Lebanon region. This is a part-time, flexible role that involves visiting various businesses, acting as a regular customer, and evaluating the quality of customer service, product knowledge, and overall store experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores and establishments in the assigned locations.
• Interact with employees and observe their behavior, knowledge, and efficiency.
• Evaluate the store's cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards.
• Document your observations and experiences accurately and impartially.
• Complete detailed reports and surveys in a timely manner after each visit.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all project details and findings.

Requirements

• Reside in or have easy access to the areas of Bint Jbeil, Hasbaya, Marjayoun, or Khiyam.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Access to a computer or smartphone to complete online reports.
