Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal property or close successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of real estate properties.
• Guide clients through every step of the property transaction process.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and viewings.
• Create and distribute property listings on MLS, portals, and social media.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and manage paperwork through to closing.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and legal representatives.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of leads, prospects, and clients.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role preferred.
• A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
