Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee the design and execution of commissioning projects, ensuring operational safety and maximizing production efficiency.

Key Objectives:

• Develop effective strategies tailored to geological conditions to enhance production efficiency.
• Choose and deploy tools like packers, perforating guns, and sand control systems.
• Collaborate with drilling engineers, geologists, and production teams to align completion strategies with overall project goals.
• Analyze well data post-completion to assess productivity and implement interventions like well stimulation.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and environmental standards throughout the completion process.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and inspect all activities associated with Protection, Preservation, and Maintenance of equipment until they are turned over to the Operations Team.

Manage and coordinate the preservation/maintenance scope of work.

Work Environment:

The noise level in this environment is usually moderate, occasionally loud. The employee must wear hearing protection when necessary.

The employee may occasionally be exposed to confined spaces, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold; extreme heat; and risk of electrical shock or mechanical hazards.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Completion and Commissioning activities in a preservation or maintenance role.

Proven supervisory experience in a preservation/maintenance role in commissioning and construction projects.

Excellent written and oral English language communication skills.
