Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation for RFCO Developments’ real estate projects.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-impact results.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
