Job summary

Project manage the improvements initiatives for Smart Workforce Management system (SWFM), including but not limited to functionality enhancements, integrations with other systems, overseeing testing and production go-live.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of complex ecosystem integration projects and experience in ServiceMax or similar SWFM solutions upgrades is essential for this role
• At least 8 years of Project Management expertise with PMP, Prince2 or similar certifications.
