Job Description
- Develop and implement export strategies to grow sales in international markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with new distributors, agents, and B2B clients.
- Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, compliance, logistics, and customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor export performance and report regularly on KPIs and targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in rugs, carpets, or home textiles.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international logistics.
- Proven track record of developing and managing international accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP software.
